The real glow up happened when I let go of my obsession with inches and fell in love with what my hair actually needed. Trims? Necessary. Healthy curls? Non-negotiable.
Full, soft, alive curls will always eat more than thin, damaged length. I said what I said 🤭

Let’s get one thing straight: short natural hair is STILL sexy. Actually… it’s a different level of sexy. It’s confidence, it’s presence, it’s “I don’t need to hide behind anything” energy.

Cutting it off wasn’t a loss—it was a reset for me, a much needed one . A reminder that I am the vibe, with or without the inches.

Well, I did a thing!! and you know what I’m not mad at it.
trying to find an LA natural hair stylist to care for my hair has been the hardest challenge ever.

I had to fly all the way to New York City to see my OG HAIR STYLIST who i’ve been going to for the past four years and she always gets my hair right.

The best gift I have this year, outside of life itself, is authentic JOY!!! It is a gift I have done the work for and a gift I have earned. I have known happiness, but to have pure joy is a true blessing that I don’t take for granted. I am so grateful and will protect and honor this joy at all cost.
