🇺🇸 September 11. Never Forget.

Every year this day stops me for a moment. Living here on Long Island, so close to New York City, makes the memories feel especially personal.

I think of the lives lost, the families who never came home, and all the heroes who showed unbelievable courage that day.

Lord, hold those we lost in Your loving arms, comfort their families, and watch over our country and all those who protect us. May we always remember. Amen. 🙏🇺🇸

Today’s 87 miles were all for Zully. 💙 Congratulations on your last chemotherapy treatment this week! Your strength carried me through every mile. Here’s to healing and new beginnings. 🎗️🚴

67 miles hot, challenging miles today. Every ride reminds me why I’m doing this—to help fund cancer research and honor those whose lives have been touched by cancer. 💙

I’m incredibly grateful to Complete Neuropsychology, P.C. for believing in my mission and sponsoring my Empire State Ride. Your support means more than you know.

Here’s to many more training miles and making every one count. 🚴🏻‍♀️💙 Complete Neuropsychology

100 miles. One mission. One heart. 💚 Thank you Stacey MacGowan for this beautiful jersey and Empire State Ride Long Island for bringing us together to make a difference.

Google says best friends are hard to find. Jokes on them — I made mine 36 years ago 🤩
I’m so proud of the woman you are — kind, strong, funny, and full of heart.
I love you so much ❤️

100 km on the Peloton 🚴‍♀️
Mentally, I rode through 14 countries.
Physically… I stared at the same wall for over 3 hours 😅

The most boring miles ever… but needed to get the training in for my 7-day ride for cancer research 💙

This ride is for you, Roseanne Cannavo Spataro
Watching you battle cancer with so much strength and courage is beyond inspiring. 💪💙

Miles are miles… even the painfully boring indoor ones.

Some rides are about speed.
Some rides are about strength.
This one is about purpose.

Training hard for the Empire State Ride and raising funds for cancer research in honor of every fighter, survivor, and family touched by cancer 💛🚴🏻‍♀️”

Today’s the day! Empire State Ride donations up to $150 are doubled by our generous sponsors Timberbuilt and Port X Logistics.

Yes! I am riding again and will be applying all my Super Bowl donations so you’ll see a big jump in my fundraising progress this week.

Thank you for all the continued support, I appreciate it so much! 💙🤍🧡

63.7 miles. 2,963 ft of climbing. 4+ hours on the bike… and every mile had a purpose 💛🚴‍♀️

Today’s training ride wasn’t just about pushing my limits — it’s part of something bigger. I’m riding to support cancer research, for the fighters, the survivors, and the families who carry the weight of this disease every single day.

There was a moment in the last 10 miles where my legs were cramping and everything hurt… but quitting isn’t an option when the cause matters this much.

If you’ve ever been touched by cancer in any way, I ride for you.

If you’re able to support, donate, or even just share — it truly makes a difference. Every dollar helps fund research, treatments, and hope.

Let’s turn miles into impact 🙏
