Hi I'm Sabrina! More than 10 years ago, I began suffering from brain fog, a sluggish thyroid and exhaustion among other health concerns. I went from doctor to doctor trying to figure out what was wrong. I spent a lot of time and money looking for someone to really listen to me and not just put me into a one size fits all program. Through that process I learned about multiple ways to improve my health. Now I am on a mission to help women and teach them what I wish I’d known years ago. I have my Master’s in Science in clinical nutrition in addition to being a personal trainer, yoga, pilates, and cycling instructor. I am the author of the Woman’s Guide to Empowered Health. I want to help you live a happier, healthier life. As a clinical nutritionist I will customize a program designed specifically for you, specializing in:
* Weight/Fat Loss
* Weight Loss Resistance/Metabolic Damage

Over the last 18 years of working in the fitness and wellness field, I have had the pleasure of working and managing thousands of personal trainers and group fitness instructors. As a full-time trainer and fitness instructor myself, I was working long and physically exhausting days and needed to find additional sources of revenue that didn't involve me working more hours in the gym. This was when I started to bring my business and products online and saw my revenue increase substantially, and now I coach other fit pros on how to do the same. You too can start using your expertise to be a fitness trainer that generates more money without breaking a sweat. Would you like to learn how? Women over 40: your longevity diet doesn’t need a trendy name, it needs to protect the body you want to live in.

Because your body truly does not care whether you’re Mediterranean, Paleo, plant-based or following whatever diet is currently having its moment on TikTok.

What matters most?
🥩 Enough protein to preserve muscle
🥦 Plenty of colorful plants
🫘 25–35 grams of fiber daily
🥑 Healthy fats for your heart and brain
📉 Meals that support stable blood sugar
🍽️ Mostly real, whole foods

And no, “whole foods” doesn’t mean you can never eat dessert or have a girls’ night. Longevity isn’t built through perfection—it’s built through the habits you repeat most often.

The goal isn’t merely to live longer. It’s to stay strong, energized, independent and healthy enough to actually enjoy those extra years.

Save this as your longevity grocery-list reminder and follow me for science-based longevity strategies created specifically for women over 40.

Ladies over 40, Eating well, working out and still gaining weight around your middle? This test may reveal what your basic bloodwork is missing.

Eating well, working out and still gaining weight around your middle? This test may reveal what your basic bloodwork is missing.

Because sometimes “everything looks normal” only means we haven’t looked deeply enough.

A DUTCH test can help us evaluate:
✨ Your cortisol pattern throughout the day
✨ Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone metabolites
✨ How your body is processing certain hormones
✨ Patterns that may relate to poor sleep, low energy, mood changes and stubborn weight

Hormones aren’t the only reason women gain weight.
Thyroid function, insulin resistance, nutrition, stress, sleep and muscle mass may also be part of the picture.

But if you’re doing all the “right” things and your body is basically responding with, cute, but no…it may be time to stop guessing.

I use your symptoms, health history and testing together to create a personalized plan for your body.

DM me DUTCH to learn more or book your test.

If you’re in your 40s and feel like your body stopped responding the way it used to there’s a reason. Welcome to perimenopause. 😅

This shift can start years before your final period, with estrogen and progesterone fluctuating along the way. That can look like weight shifting toward your midsection, sleep that’s suddenly harder, mood changes, and a body that just doesn’t respond the way it used to.

The answer isn’t more cardio or fewer calories. Your strategy needs to shift with your body: prioritize strength training, build and protect muscle, eat enough protein and fiber, support your sleep and recovery — and look deeper when symptoms warrant it, instead of assuming it’s “just hormones.”

That’s why I believe in test, don’t guess — bloodwork, metabolic health, body composition, hormone patterns, and gut health, to see the bigger picture.

Perimenopause doesn’t mean your body is working against you. It may just be asking for a different strategy.

Feeling off and not sure where to start? DM me “PERI” and let’s look at the data. 🤍

If you’re in your 40s and suddenly feel like your body stopped responding the way it used to… there may be a reason.

Welcome to perimenopause. 😅

This transition can begin years before your final period, and hormones like estrogen and progesterone can fluctuate significantly along the way.

That can show up as:
Weight shifting toward your midsection.
Sleep suddenly becoming a struggle.
Mood changes or anxiety.
Changes in energy, recovery and body composition.

And the frustrating feeling that what used to work… doesn’t anymore.

So the answer isn’t necessarily more cardio or cutting your calories even lower.

Your strategy may need to change with your body.

Prioritize strength training.
Build and protect muscle.
Eat enough protein and fiber.
Support your sleep and recovery.

And when symptoms warrant it, look deeper at your health rather than assuming everything is “just hormones.”

That’s why we believe in test, don’t guess.

Depending on the individual, that may mean looking at bloodwork, metabolic health, body composition, hormone patterns, gut health and other biomarkers to understand the bigger picture.

Perimenopause doesn’t mean your body is working against you.

It may just be asking for a different strategy.

Women over 40: eating the same way but suddenly gaining weight?

Your metabolism may have changed.

Eating the same way you always have... but your body is suddenly responding differently?

You’re not imagining it.

During perimenopause, fluctuating and declining estrogen can affect insulin sensitivity. Add in age-related muscle loss, poor sleep, higher stress, and changes in activity, and maintaining the same weight can start to feel a LOT harder.

But the answer isn’t cutting out every carb.

It’s figuring out what’s happening in your body.

I look at things like:
🩸 Fasting glucose + insulin
🧬 Hormones + thyroid markers
💪 Muscle mass + body composition
🔥 Inflammation
😴 Sleep + stress
🥩 Protein, fiber + overall nutrition

Then we build a strategy around YOUR metabolism instead of handing you another generic diet.

Because “eat less and exercise more” isn’t much of a plan.

If you’re doing all the things that used to work and your body still isn’t responding, this is exactly what I help women figure out.

DM me METABOLISM and let’s take the guesswork out of it.

If you’re eating the same way you always have but suddenly gaining weight in your 40s… you’re not imagining it.

Perimenopause can change how your body handles carbs and blood sugar as estrogen fluctuates and declines.

The answer isn’t to eliminate carbs. 🙅‍♀️

It’s learning how to eat them differently:
🥩 Prioritize protein at every meal
🥦 Pair carbs with protein, fat + fiber
🚶‍♀️ Walk for 10–15 minutes after meals
🍷 Cut back on alcohol + refined sugar
💪 Strength train and BUILD MUSCLE

Muscle is one of your best tools for supporting insulin sensitivity and metabolic health as you age.

Your body may be changing. Your strategy should change with it.

DM us METABOLISM to schedule a consultation and learn what’s actually happening in your body.

Your labs came back “normal.” So why don’t you feel normal? 👀

If you’re a woman over 40 dealing with fatigue, stubborn weight, mood swings, or sleep that just isn’t the same anymore and every bloodwork panel says you’re fine you’re not crazy, and you’re not alone. Standard labs check one moment in time. They don’t show your hormone rhythm, how you’re metabolizing what your body makes, or what’s happening in your gut.

Two tests I look at with clients:

🔬 DUTCH — maps your cortisol pattern across the day and shows how estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone are actually being processed, not just a single number.

🔬 GI Map — a stool test that looks at your gut microbiome, pathogens, and inflammation. Your gut helps clear (or recirculate) the hormones your body already made when that’s off, it can quietly throw everything else off too.

You deserve answers that actually explain how you feel, not just a check mark next to “normal.”

DM me “LABS” and let’s talk about what testing could look like for you. 🤍
