Testosterone gets treated like a male hormone, but women produce it too, just in much smaller amounts. It doesn’t sit around for no reason.
Testosterone in women is heavily linked to drive, including s*x drive, motivation, better mood and energy, and muscle/fat composition.
Most research highlights the benefits testosterone therapy has on women’s s*x drive, however that is just a piece of the puzzle of what women can see change.

GLP-1s entered the conversation through weight loss, and that’s still how most people understand them. What’s shifted for us is what the newer research keeps circling back to. This means the medication itself may be doing more than the number it’s known for.

I talk day and night about how appetite changes fast on a GLP-1.
What the body needs does not change nearly as much. Protein tends to be the first thing to slip when meals get smaller, mostly because it is easy to fill up before getting enough of it in. A little planning goes a long way here. Protein first, earlier in the day, may work better than hoping it fits in later. That said, a lot of this is individualized and the recommendations should be as such.
