From the shoulders… to the neck… to the hands we use all day long, tension quietly builds in the body without us even realizing it. This week, our goal was simple: create a moment for teachers to pause, breathe, release, and receive care. 🤍
Through restorative upper body massage techniques, hand and arm massage therapy, and focused tension relief through the scapular and shoulder areas, our MW Wellness providers created a calming wellness experience rooted in appreciation, presence, and restoration.
Teacher Appreciation Week in NYC has been beautiful so far, and we’re honored to give back to the people who give so much every single day.

Hey everyone 🤍
I’m looking for a few reliable Chair Massage Therapists to work with me for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 5–8) at NYC schools.
This is something I do every year—pouring into teachers and giving them a moment to relax and feel appreciated
🕗 Morning shifts (8–12 or 9–1)
💰 $25–$50/hour (higher if you have your own chair)
Requirements:
• Professional & ON TIME (non-negotiable)
• Clean, short nails + good hygiene
• All black attire (scrubs preferred)
• Must be teachable and have good energy
✨ There is potential for more paid spa events this summer for those who are reliable.
