Is it even berry season if you don't make a crumble? Add Vanilla Ka'Chava for a nutritious boost. 🍓
Berry Crumble (Makes 2-3) Erika Fox Silverman
2 scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
12oz frozen mixed berries
Optional topping of choice: ice cream, cool whip, yogurt, etc.
Preheat oven to 375 F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
Into a bowl, combine the oats, Ka’chava, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Mix until it becomes a crumble-y texture.
Add the berries to the baking dish and top with the crumble.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve topped with ice cream, cool whip or yogurt. Enjoy!

Don't you love when you take something that's delicious and healthy and somehow manage to make it even more delicious and healthy? 🥕
Carrot Cake Energy Bites (Makes ~15 bites) by: Erika Fox Silverman
2 scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
1 cup shredded carrot
½ cup rolled oats
3 dates
⅓ cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
Optional: shredded coconut for topping
Add all of the ingredients (except for the coconut) into a food processor and mix until a sticky dough-like texture forms.
Taking about 1 tbsp of the mix at a time, roll into balls. The batter should make about ~15 energy bites.
Optional: top each energy bite with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

2 scoops Vanilla Ka’Chava
2 cup heavy whipping cream
⅔ cup sugar
⅓ cup lemon juice
Lemons, flesh scooped out (for serving)
Directions:
Combine the heavy cream and sugar in a pot. Heat, stirring continuously, until sugar dissolves.
Once sugar has dissolved, bring to a boil then reduce heat to a low boil for 5 minutes. Don’t let it overboil.
Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and Ka’chava. Mix well until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the lemon cups then set in the fridge for ~3+ hours.

Coffee Lovers Smoothie (Makes 1) by Erika Fox Silverman
2 scoops Coffee Ka’Chava
1 frozen banana
½ cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp almond butter
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup coffee
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Optional: Smear some extra yogurt on the inside of a glass and pour in the smoothie.
