They say it’s not the size that matters, it’s how you use it… 😏
Well, when it comes to lash lift shields + rods, size definitely matters. 😂
In this case, too big might leave you feeling a little… underwhelmed.
As a general sizing guide, the lashes should reach past the halfway point of the shield or rod, ideally landing around ¾ of the way up.
Too big = the lashes sit lower on the shield or rod, which can give you a softer, less dramatic result.
Too small = the lashes travel too far around the curve, increasing the chance of a tighter curl or overcurl.
The goal isn’t choosing the biggest or smallest size you can make work. It’s choosing the size that puts those lashes where they need to be.
Because apparently, when it comes to lash lifts… size AND technique matter. 😏

If your lashes keep popping off the shield, don’t blame the Elleebalm just yet…
Before you decide it “doesn’t work,” check these:
😎 You’re not using enough.
You have to use enough Elleebalm to actually hold the lashes in place - especially at the base, where you have the most resistance. Use too little and you’ll go crazy fighting the lashes to stay.
😎 You’re combing it right back off.
When you comb through the lashes with your Precision Lifter Tool, you take off some of the Elleebalm you just applied. Get them where you want them without overdoing it.
😎 You’re moving the lashes around too much.
During Step 1 & 2 application and removal, you can loosen the lashes. Be intentional and gentle with these steps.
😎 You’re forgetting you can add more.
Elleebalm stays flexible. If you need a little extra between steps, add more. It only takes seconds and can instantly fix the problem.
