✔ Follow the “5-5-5 Rule”
Massage the treated area:
• 5 minutes
• 5 times daily
• For 5 days
✔ Apply ice packs as needed during the first 24 hours to reduce swelling.
✔ Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy skincare routine.
✔ Avoid excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms) for 24–48 hours.
✔ Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
✔ Minimize alcohol consumption for 24 hours to help reduce swelling and bruising.
✔ Use sunscreen daily and protect treated areas from excessive sun exposure.
