Cheesy Burger Bombs
These easy Burger Bombs are loaded with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and your favorite burger toppings, all wrapped inside a golden, flaky biscuit crust. Perfect for game days, family dinners, or whenever you're craving a fun twist on a classic cheeseburger!
**What You'll Need:**
1 lb ground beef
2 cans refrigerated Grand biscuits
Shredded cheese
Chopped onion
Bacon bits
**How to Make It:**
**Preheat the Oven:** Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or cookie pan.
**Cook the Beef:** In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and allow it to cool slightly.
**Prepare the Biscuits:** Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a round disc large enough to hold the filling.
**Fill the Burger Bombs:** Place a spoonful of cooked ground beef in the center of each biscuit. Top with shredded cheese, chopped onion, and bacon bits.
**Seal Them Up:** Pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching the seams tightly to completely enclose everything inside.
**Bake Until Golden:** Arrange the filled biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
**Serve and Enjoy:** Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them on their own or with your favorite dipping sauces.
Cheesy. Meaty. Everything you love about a burger wrapped in a buttery biscuit crust.
