❤️ A Little Heart-to-Heart From Behind the Chair ✂️

We want to take a moment to share something that’s been on our hearts lately.

First, we are incredibly thankful for our clients and the trust you place in us. We truly love what we do, and nothing makes us happier than helping you look and feel your best! ❤️

But sometimes we feel that the time, dedication, and expenses that go into our profession aren’t always understood.

When you pay for a haircut or color, you’re paying for more than just the service. You’re paying for years of experience, continuing education, professional licensing, quality products, and the skills we’ve worked hard to develop. Just like everything else, our expenses continue to rise.

We also want to touch on cancellations. We understand that life happens! Emergencies come up, children get sick, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. We have families too, and we always try to be understanding.

However, when appointments are repeatedly canceled at the last minute, especially color services that reserve several hours of our day, it affects our livelihood. We aren’t paid hourly. If someone isn’t in our chair, we aren’t earning an income. That’s why cancellation fees sometimes become necessary, even though we don’t enjoy enforcing them.

We respect your time and hard-earned money, and we simply ask for that same respect in return.

This isn’t meant to be a complaint, just a little reminder that behind every stylist is someone who has invested their heart, time, and money into a career they love.

To our wonderful clients who continue to support us, we appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

With love,
Your Image Salon Family ✂️💕
