HELLO NURSES—STOP GIVING TWO NURSES’ EFFORT FOR ONE PAYCHECK

Hello, nurses. Happy Wednesday!

Today, I want to share an important message with my fellow nurses.

When I first started working in nursing homes, the patient-to-nurse ratio was much better. I remember caring for about 12 patients in a subacute unit. But suddenly, the workload increased to 25, 30, or even more patients for one nurse.

We all know the promotion called “Buy One, Get One Free.” The buyer pays for one item but receives two. The buyer benefits.

But in nursing, it is the opposite.

You are giving the facility the effort of two nurses, but you are receiving only one paycheck. You are selling your strength, time, and energy twice while being paid once. I call that “Buy One, Lose One.”

The facility benefits, but the nurse becomes physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted.

Meanwhile, many of us have children and families waiting for us at home. We are not always available when our children need guidance, encouragement, help with schoolwork, or emotional support. We are working hard to pay the bills, and I understand that. I am not blaming any nurse because our responsibilities are real.

However, I believe we can do better.

You can work your regular shift while gradually building an online business on the side. You do not have to quit nursing. You can create another source of income using only your phone and an internet connection.

Think about caring for 30 subacute patients. You still have medications to administer, treatments to complete, assessments to perform, and documentation to finish.

God forbid a patient falls at the end of your shift. You may have to stay behind to assess the patient, notify the family, contact the doctor, complete the incident report, arrange necessary testing, and make sure every required step is completed.

Where will the energy come from after doing all of that repeatedly?

Building an online business may give you another option. It can help you work toward having more control over your time, spending more meaningful moments with your family, and reducing your dependence on overtime.

You do not have to be tech-savvy. Everything can be taught step by step. You will receive training, mentorship, guidance, and support. You will not be left alone to figure everything out.

All you need is the willingness to learn and approximately 30 focused minutes each day.

I am also a nurse. I can come home from work, create a post, share it online, and continue with my day. Anyone who is interested can click the information and learn more.

I do not need to rent a shop. I do not need to carry inventory. I do not need to knock on anyone’s door.

The training remains available on my dashboard, so anytime I need to refresh my knowledge, I can log in and continue learning.

Nurses, it is time to stop giving two nurses’ effort for one paycheck.

Keep your nursing career, but start building something that may give you more choices, more family time, and a better future.

If you are ready to learn more, send me a message or comment “READY” below.

I will be here to guide you through the process.

See you soon. Bye!

Physical store: limited location.
Online business: global opportunity.

Physical store: open certain hours.
Online business: open 24/7.

Physical store: high overhead.
Online business: flexible and scalable.

This is why more people are moving into digital business.

The future is online.

Discovering online business changed my perspective. It gave me flexibility, restored my time, and allowed me to build a future with intention, not exhaustion.

This journey is bigger than income. It is about freedom, dignity, and legacy.

There is something powerful about standing at a doorway.

It represents transition.
It represents possibility.
It represents choice.

Feeling stuck does not mean your story is over.
It simply means you are standing at the edge of a new decision.

I once stood at that doorway too, wondering if there was more.

There was.

If you are ready to explore flexibility beyond your current situation, comment READY and I will share the next steps.
