POLICY


DEPOSITS
A $50 deposit is required in order to book an appointment. You will not be charged unless you no call/no show, arrive late or rescheduling anytime after 48 of your appointment. RESCHEDULING/LATE POLICY
To avoid inconveniencing the client after you, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and your deposit of $50 will be forfeited. An additional $50 deposit will be required to reschedule. I understand that things don’t always go as planned but please understand that last minute changes affect not only me but other clients booked for that day as well. If you must reschedule an appointment, 48 hours is required in order to keep your deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY
A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to call within the 48 hour notice, your $50 deposit will be taken. This includes no-call/no-show. An additional deposit will be required in order to make a new appointment. If 2 appointments are missed/canceled/rescheduled, payment will be due in full to make another appointment.
