Each loc, looks slightly different for 3 Main reasons! Let’s break it down!

The Perimeter Locs- These are like your babies, they need extra Protection and care. Our hairline carries the most fragile hairs & It can be our most stressed area. From, Hats, Headbands & Scrunchies, to stress picking & rolling around with unprotected hair in your bed! 🫠 (get the silk set if you don’t wrap that hair!)

Apex Area- (The highest point of the head) Where the hair flourishes! It gets the less amount of tension, most amount of sun, it’s there space where you tend to do the less to so it tell the full story of your hair journey! Have you been taking care of your whole crown?!

Budding- In each area your hair will bud differently. With different densities, care, porosity, your locs will mature differently.

FRIZZ WILL HAPPEN! It’s normal with the loc process. Excessive frizz can come from extra moisture, washing to frequently, drenching instead of damping for daily moisture.
Inconsistent wrapping, you should be wrapping your hair whether it be done or not! ( IK YOU GUILTY)

Overall Be consistent with your routine & your Retwists & Be patient with your journey. If the results are not what you want, then you switch. But remember Rome wasn’t built in a day!
