SO DELICIOUS AND SIMPLE ⬇️

It’s peach season, so I wanted to share with you a simple and delicious recipe for peach overnight oats using Vanilla Collagen Advanced.

Collagen is one of my favorite supplements for hair, skin, and joint health, and Naked Nutrition makes it easy to enjoy clean collagen in your favorite recipes.

I love this breakfast for busy days because it tastes great, can be made in advance, and gives me sustained energy for my morning workouts.

You’ll Need:
- Vanilla Collagen
- 2-3 fresh peaches
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 lemon for juice
- handful of diced pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup quick-cook oats
- 1 cup almond milk

Directions:
1. Start by making a peach compote in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add sliced peaches, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Cook while stirring until it starts to get sticky.

2. Next, prepare your oats in meal-prep containers. I like mason jars, but you can use anything with a lid. Add the oats, almond milk, and peach compote and stir well.

3. Then, pop it in the fridge and store overnight! It will be ready for you in the morning. I always save some extra peach compote to use as a topping.
