NGU, our hearts are FULL! 💙🦀🏅

We will never FORGET THIS WEEKEND!!! We conquered the 2026 Crawlin’ Crab weekend..from Saturday’s 5K to Sunday’s half marathon and all the love at our Sunday cheer station! EVERYONE came together, showed up, and showed OUT! 🔥

We celebrated PRs, first-ever 5Ks, first half marathons, and finish lines that meant so much more than a medal. Behind every milestone were the miles, the doubts, and the decision to keep going. Watching you accomplish what you once wondered if you could do… THAT was everything. 🥹💙

To everyone who ran, walked, cheered, made signs or came out to support, THANK YOU!! 💙 Every cheer mattered. Every person mattered. You helped someone keep moving when they needed it most.

This is the power of MOVEMENT. This is community leading to unity. This is why we are MORE than a run club. 🫶🏽

Huge shoutout to J&A Racing for bringing this amazing race weekend together, and to Dexter C for capturing the moments we’ll hold onto long after the finish line! 📸

NGU took over DC for a weekend full of MILES, COMMUNITY & GOOD ENERGY! 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️ Caught up with our second family, 💕💙 Such a great night!!

From our crew taking on the DC Half 🏅 to showing love at the Ebony Fit Weekend events, we made every moment count! Ebony Fit Weekend 🔋

And we closed it out linking up with MNRC to help take on the Ebony Fit Run! 🤝🏾🔥 We came together. We showed out. And we NEVER GAVE UP. 💙
