Today looked a little different for NGU! 💙🌿
Instead of getting our miles in, we spent the morning giving back and cleaning up Matteson Trail — the trail we proudly adopted! 🧤🗑️
Running is what brings us together, but community is what keeps us going. 🫶🏽 Thank you to everyone who came out and helped us take care of a space we get to enjoy together. 💙💙💙

Today we had the honor of running alongside Nate Brown Nate as he completed his 100TH consecutive day of running a 5K! 💯👏🏾
100 days of showing up. 100 days of consistency. 100 days of putting in the miles. What an incredible accomplishment!
And THIS is what the running community is all about! So many run clubs came together today to celebrate, support, and put some miles in together. Nothing but good energy, community, and love! 🫶🏾🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♂️
