Normal TSH. Normal free T4. “Your thyroid is fine.”

Except…you’re exhausted, sleep is wrecked, the scale won’t move, libido’s gone.

If you don’t look beyond TSH there’s a real possibility that you’re missing an important piece to the puzzle—including the opportunity to support thyroid health before it progresses to full-on dysfunction.

Dig deeper: free T3 (the active hormone)—low. Thyroid antibodies—markedly elevated. Never evaluated.

Nothing better. The subjective changes I see in women day in a day out are just as exciting as objective improvements in labs and body composition and all the other ways we evaluate health and wellness.
