I’m excited to share that beginning November 1st, I’ll officially be offering massage therapy at Precision Performance & Recovery!

This opportunity gives me a new space to bring Coastal Kneads Massage & Wellness into a collaborative wellness environment alongside professionals focused on movement, recovery, performance, and overall well-being.

I’ll be offering in-office Swedish and therapeutic massage, with sessions tailored to what your body needs—whether that’s addressing muscular tension, improving mobility, supporting recovery, or simply slowing down for a much-needed reset.

Sometimes the tension, fatigue, and feeling of constantly running on empty are reminders that we’ve been giving so much of ourselves to everyone and everything else.

Self-care isn’t about adding another thing to your to-do list. Sometimes it’s simply pausing long enough to notice what you need.

And healthy boundaries are self-care, too. Saying no. Creating space. Protecting your energy. Remembering that someone else’s disappointment doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong.

You can love people, show up for them, and still make room for yourself.

Because taking care of yourself shouldn’t require you to feel guilty.

I got a message from an old colleague yesterday. She had just started when I decided to leave. I miss my Massage Envy clients. I’m happy I was able to help even a little bit. I was there for 5 years. I hope they’re all doing so well and maybe they find me again one day while visiting the beach. 🩵
