REFUND:
THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your service, we will gladly correct any problems to your satisfaction within three days of your initial service. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within three days after your initial service day. We do not accept repair/re-do appointments after three days of your initial services. If a client is unwilling to return to Kevin’s Nails & Spa for review/evaluation within 3 days of initial service, then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done. We will repair/redo any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, given that you tell us immediately after the services have been performed. As soon as you walk out of our salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you. We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that we have to endure because of damages that happened outside of our salon. For example, if your nails or the finish of your nails are damaged (they are broken, chipped, or starting to lift), we will charge you due to your own lack of care. The redo policy does not cover any change in service or color. CHILD SAFETY
In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere children are only permitted in the salon if they are being seen by one of our Nail Artisan. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not want to compromise you and our other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. PETS
Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.
