How will Reflexology/Massage affect me?

Clients may respond to bodywork in many ways. These changes
may be physical, emotional, or spiritual in nature. Remember the mind/body/soul connection.

 Deep relaxation
 Serenity, sense of overall well-being, or peacefulness
 Pain reduction or elimination
 Change in sleeping patterns or in quality of rest
 Shift in physical or emotional energy
 Changes in urination, bowel movements, or general elimination
 Tingling, itchiness, or desire to move/adjust during a session
 Upon completion, client may feel dizzy, faint, or queasy initially
 Endorphin “rush”
 Sinus congestion, coughing, nose running, or sinuses releasing
 Perspiration of hands and/or feet or of feeling chilled during the work
 Emotional or psychological releases during or following a session
 Improved circulation, pulse rate, or blood pressure
 Less anxiety, improved mood

Sometimes when I do outcalls I get to see and love on fur babies like this little guy!
