Have you ever wondered why your instructor asks you to move the headrest up or down?
It’s much more than a comfort adjustment. The position of the headrest plays an important role in supporting proper alignment, reducing unnecessary tension in the neck, and protecting the cervical spine throughout different exercises. Since every body is different, the right position may not be the same for everyone and that’s exactly why your instructor cues each client individually.
Small details like this make a big difference in your Pilates practice. ✨
