A Met Gala watch party . An invite I almost said no to but I’ve been working on opening myself up to new experiences . But along with the vision came a cause close to my heart . I felt called to use this as an artistic way to express how much small businesses like mine are struggling . With rising costs of goods, skyrocketing utilities, and customer declines , it’s something a lot of us are experiencing . Seeing so many have to close their doors or downsize is heartbreaking . We have to do something .
