Ladies with thin hair! You should be shampooing your hair every 7-10 days! You should not be going long periods of time without stimulating the scalp, if your end goal is thickness. Stop with the heavy braids and protective styles for long periods of time. If, you notice it doesn't help, but makes it worse. Correct me if I am wrong!
