Who am I without some of the most incredible people in my life... I call them friends, family and my F**TSQUAD.

Not all couldn't be at this event & some really wanted to do both this and party in purple but when I say I'm so blessed with these gorgeous beautiful people... y'all they are my inspiration to keep going.

Whether I see them in my dance fitness classes, events I host, & community fundraisers... how loud they cheer for me and support me speaks volumes. They all met as strangers and formed such a unique bond.

Today some conquered their fears, some finally were able to workout again, some are going through some tough things but they were tougher & still showed up. Some completed their first 5K, most all of my F**TSQUAD placed, some shared their before & after with me & even some made new health goals for themselves. They make me laugh, cry, but above all they make me so proud. 🥹

Love you all so much! 🥹🌻🦋💜🤗
