49 & STILL A WHOLE VIBE! ๐ฅ๐
49 years of life, lessons, love, growth, and becoming the woman I am today.
Iโm proud of my story. Proud of my journey. Proud of the confidence Iโve built and the woman Iโve fought to become.
Every chapter, every setback, every comeback has shaped me into who I am today. And I wouldnโt trade that growth for anything.
This is my LAST year in my 40s, and I have absolutely no plans of slowing down, playing small, or acting my age!
Iโm choosing to live each day to the fullest, laugh a little louder, love a little harder, dance whenever I feel like it, and celebrate this beautiful, messy, incredible life.
49 looks good on me, but feeling good about WHO I AM looks even better.
Cheers to Chapter 49!
NOWโฆ LETโS GET THIS PARTY STARTED! ๐๐ฅ๐

๐๐๐๐ผLETโS TALK ABOUT THE PART OF BEING A HAIRSTYLIST THAT CAN ABSOLUTELY MESS WITH YOUR HEAD.
A client fires you.
A review blindsides you.
Someone talks s**t.
A relationship you thought was solid suddenly changes.
And youโre left thinkingโฆ what the hell just happened?
If youโve been behind the chair long enough, youโve got a story.
I definitely do.
But one client, one opinion, one review, or one crazy situation does not get to define your talent, your character, or the career youโve built.
Own whatโs yours. Make it right when you can. Give people grace. Protect your mental health. And keep moving forward.
Some people simply are not meant to stay โ and thatโs okay.
Now I want to hear yours. Whatโs the craziest thing youโve experienced behind the chair? Share your story in the comments, tag a stylist who will immediately understand, and share this with someone who needs the reminder.
Shoulders back. Head high. Eyes forward. โค๏ธ

Just here to ruin your sleep schedule. ๐
The circus calledโฆ apparently Iโm employee of the month.
Very demure. Very haunted. Very questionable.
HR has been trying to reach me, but I keep disappearing after dark.
Fall blonde doesnโt have to mean darker.
Real time behind the chair, taking a super bright blonde and adding intentional depth, softness, and dimension while keeping her blonde.
Davines View lowlights, applied individually:
8,23 + 10,34
9,32 + 9,3
Davines lightener + 20 vol only around the face and selectively through the mohawk.
The goal: soft fall dimension, a beautiful root melt effect, and still plenty of brightness.
Five tones. One seamless blonde.
The vision? Bright, but never harsh. Soft, but never muted.
I used five different tones throughout to create depth, movement and a brightness that still feels effortless and lived-in.
Soft ribbons of warmth, creamy dimension and subtle coolness melt together so no single tone takes overโjust a beautifully balanced blonde from every angle.
Bright. Soft. Refined. Intentional.
My version of fall blonde.

I spent the day at the Davines Grow Business Gathering at Fox Point Farms in Encinitas, and WOWโฆ what an incredible experience. The location was absolutely beautiful, but even better was everything we got to experience together.
From benchmarking, measuring and growing our businesses, to the wellness segment, round-table breakout sessions, retail science, centering ourselves and reconnecting with why we do what we doโmy notebook AND my heart are full.
And the CONNECTION. ๐ค I met even more incredible salon owners today who already feel like new best friends. There is something so special about being surrounded by people who understand this industry, love what they do and genuinely want to learn, grow and support one another.

So much knowledge, inspiration, wellness, business growth and meaningful conversation packed into one beautiful day.
After the education I had yesterday and then THIS todayโฆ I feel like my cup is overflowing. Iโm excited, inspired and already thinking about everything I want to bring back to Reflect Co. and my team.
Continuing to learn. Continuing to grow. Continuing to connect. And remembering that no matter how long youโve been in this industry, there is ALWAYS another level. ๐ฟ
My heart is FULL. What a weekend.

Road Map to Salon Success โจ
Today was exactly what I needed.
I spent the day at the gorgeous Sherri Floquet learning, connecting and being surrounded by some seriously talented salon owners from all over the country.
Sherri and Kelliโwhat an incredible team. Sherri shared her knowledge, heart, business ethics and vulnerability, while Kelli shared so much valuable insight from her role as manager and the partnership behind what theyโve built. You can FEEL the intention behind their culture.
We even had a surprise visit from the absolute baddie Entrepreneur | Speaker | Podcaster | Author AND I finally got to meet the beautiful Allison Cohen in person!
After opening Reflect Co. just over a year ago, this was exactly what I needed to fill my cup, remind me who I am as a stylist, leader and business owner, and get me fired up for whatโs next.
Iโm heading home inspired, empowered, notebook FULL ๐ and ready to bring so much back to my salon and team.
Holy smokesโฆ salon owners are some incredibly talented, resilient and visionary humans. Proud to be one of them. โค๏ธ
