Flowing in Harmoni Spa

🎀CANCER, STRESS & ANXIETY: LET’S TALK ABOUT IT.
A cancer journey is about more than physical treatment. It can also bring emotional stress, fear, uncertainty, and anxiety. From the moment of diagnosis through treatment and recovery, it is important to remember that emotional wellness matters, too.
At the Hills of Hope Tea, I had the opportunity to speak about the connection between stress and the cancer journey and share simple breathing techniques to help participants slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and manage feelings of tension and anxiety.
🎀Here are a few important reminders: Your emotional well-being deserves attention. Slow, gentle breathing can help calm the body's stress response. Give yourself permission to rest, ask for support, and express how you feel. You do not have to navigate this journey alone. Massage and relaxation techniques may support comfort and well-being when appropriately adapted to your needs and treatment plan.
Cancer affects more than the body. It can affect the mind, emotions, family, and everyday life. That is why creating safe spaces for education, encouragement, and wellness is so important. 💗

Flowing in Harmoni Wellness Spa — Your Health & Wellness Matters.

Hills of Hope Tea.
A moment of Healing, Hope & Connection 💗
What an honor it was to be part of the Hills of Hope Tea, surrounded by incredible cancer survivors, courageous women, and the amazing AdventHealth medical team.
I had the opportunity to lead the group through simple breathing techniques and share how massage therapy especially oncology massage and lymphatic drainage can support comfort, relaxation, circulation, and overall wellness during and after cancer treatment.
But more than anything, this day reminded me of the power of hope, community, and being present for one another.
To every survivor in the room: your strength is inspiring. Your story matters. Your journey matters.
Thank you for allowing Flowing in Harmoni Wellness Spa to be a part of such a meaningful conversation.

Vouloir, c'est pouvoir": "Where there's a will, there's a way". Celebrating my sister/friend 50th birthday in France was a memorable experience.

Whatever situation you are in. I can help alleviate your pain and range of motion. If you are looking for a massage therapist that does therapeutic massage.I am your person.

This is your reminder to pause, breathe, release, and restore. Stress. Tension. Long days. Busy schedules. Sometimes we carry it all in our bodies without even realizing it. Caring for the body God gave us is part of caring for ourselves. 💜

When you walk in your purpose it may look easy. However, the journey is never easy. Allowing God to to steer me in the direction he wants me to go feels freeing.
