Not luck.Not genetics alone.Not an overnight transformation.

DISCIPLINE.

Less than 20 months between these photos, and every bit of this was earned with , HS Weight Lifting Team, Soccer, and Football.

This was built on the days he didn’t feel like showing up. The reps that burned like hell. The meals he chose with intention. The distractions he stayed away from. The injuries. The severe pain/soreness nobody saw. The moments where he really had to believe in himself before the results were obvious.

Very few people in the world ever build a physique like this, especially at 17. But as his mom, what makes me proudest isn’t just the body he built.

It’s his mindset.
His self-respect.
His crazy work ethic and consistency.
It’s the young man becoming strong enough to pour into himself. To honor and believe in himself, even when he’s alone 💯

Preston♥️, I see you. I see the discipline it took. I see the dedication it takes every single day. I see how hard you’ve worked to become this version of yourself.

I hope you always remember,
