The smoothie Alexis and I have been making every morning this month. 🍐
Spiced pear, warming oats, protein that actually keeps you satisfied. And here’s the thing that makes it different… we warm the oat milk first.
It tastes cozy, grounding, a little sweet without the crash. And it supports blood sugar balance, which if you’re experiencing any crashes, you know matters.
Recipe:
1 ripe pear (cored)
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup oat milk (warmed)
1 scoop XO Jacqui Protein
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 dates (optional)
I love adding one date. Just the right amount of sweet. Or use our alternative sweetener. And if I had my choice I’d use our Vanilla Greens flavor for this one.
