Saffron known as the sexiest spice makes a powerful anti inflammatory addition to our early rise warm cup of coffee.

With just a few strands of saffron I grind it into a powder and sprinkle it on an ice to bloom it. As the ice slowly Melts it gives saffron enough time to release all its color and aroma. Now add some milk and blossomed saffron and give it good stir so it turns a bright yellow and finally add the coffee and a bit of foam. Enjoy each sip of this strong earthy drink with a bit of saffron twist.
