Our first lightening session! Starting from a natural level 5 root with permanent red covered by black box color and faded level 3 glosses through the mids and ends is no joke 🤎

Her goal was a 90s caramel brunette with movement and brightness, and I’m honestly so excited about how much we achieved in just one session while keeping the hair healthy, shiny, and completely intact.

Transformations like this are a process, especially when you’re lifting through years of artificial pigment, but this is exactly the kind of work I love most- slow, intentional lightening.
