We ask that all residents please take care of the pool and our property. Help keep the area clean by picking up after yourself, throwing away trash, and following all posted pool rules. Please be respectful of the pool, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding property so everyone can enjoy the space.

We want to keep the pool open all season. However, if the pool or property is damaged, vandalized, or repeatedly left dirty, we will have no choice but to close the pool again.

Community Pool Closure Notice

Unfortunately, the community pool is temporarily closed due to vandalism. We know this is disappointing, especially during the summer, and we appreciate everyone's patience while the damage is assessed and repairs are completed.

Our neighborhood amenities are here for everyone to enjoy, and they can only remain available when they're treated with care and respect. We ask all residents to help protect our shared spaces by cleaning up after themselves, following community rules, and reporting any vandalism or suspicious activity if they see it.

Thank you for doing your part to help keep our neighborhood a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable place for everyone. We'll share updates as soon as the pool is ready to reopen.

Lamentablemente, la piscina comunitaria permanecerá cerrada temporalmente debido a actos de vandalismo. Sabemos que esta noticia es decepcionante, especialmente durante el verano, y agradecemos su paciencia mientras se evalúan los daños y se realizan las reparaciones necesarias.

Las áreas comunes de nuestra comunidad están disponibles para el disfrute de todos, y solo pueden mantenerse en buenas condiciones si las tratamos con cuidado y respeto.
