Week 4 ✅
No running as the calf continues to heal, bumped up the swim and bike volume.
Headed into a big recovery week with some travel.

Finishing this year and headed into 2027 recovery weeks are something I really want to focus on. I don’t feel I come close to being overtrained but like most busy dads I am under recovered. 1 week distributed between blocks to focus on recovering physically and mentally I think will catapult me into the next level.

3 weeks in and ran into some calf/achilles issues. During my Wednesday run it knotted up bad and have been working to keep it loose since.

Went for a short run Friday and managed 6 more miles on Sunday.

Just a small glitch but hopefully will recover quickly.

Bike and swim volume were up over the previous week!
