Noble Woods Farm is located on the north end of the Kitsap peninsula. In Port Orchard Washington. In 2024 the owner Jessica decided to clear a 1/2 acre of overgrown invasive species. With no irrigation, they needed a drought tolerant plant. What better than lavender.

In April 2024 the land was cleared with months of many long days. From digging up roots to removing rocks. All by hand one at a time. Talk about blood, sweet and tears. By October, they were ready for their first 800 plants and 8 varieties. Fast forward two years and we are enjoying their first harvest.
