Getting vacation ready over here.

I leave for vacation on Sunday, so I’ll be doing my BakD Rapid Tan tomorrow, Saturday. That means today is all about prep.

I want my tan to last well through vacation and beyond, so I’m being intentional with my skin prep about 24 hours before my appointment.

Today’s tan prep checklist:

☑ Shave
☑ Exfoliate well
☑ Use a sugar scrub to smooth and polish the skin
☑ Get waxing done
☑ Get nails done
☑ Run my last-minute errands and grab my travel essentials - SPF 100, here I come!

Nails, waxing, shaving, and heavier exfoliation are all things I like to do before my spray tan appointment, not after. Giving my skin that 24-hour window helps me get the best result and gives the tan a smoother canvas.

I’m also stocking up for travel and mentally preparing to miss some of my Omaha favorites while I’m gone, including my Scooter’s Carmalicious - and I don’t care if it’s 712° outside, I’m still getting it hot!
