I've watched health advice change for over 50 years. Smoking was once promoted. Eggs were once blamed. Fat was the enemy, then sugar took the spotlight. Fads have come and gone, but one thing has never changed: my body responds to consistency. I still believe in showing up, lifting weights, walking, eating real food, reading my Bible, and doing the work. If there's one thing 250 years of American innovation has taught me, it's to keep learning, ask questions, and remember that today's certainty may be tomorrow's revision. Discipline has outlasted every fad.
