In competitive sports environments, visibility matters.

For pickleball courts and natatoriums, lighting needs to do more than reach the floor or the water. It needs to support fast movement, upward sightlines, and long periods of visual focus without creating glare or hot spots.

Whiz 2.0 can be configured with an adjustable uplight stem, directing light upward to create strong, even indirect illumination across the space. This helps keep the light source out of key sightlines while maintaining the uniformity needed for high-performance sports applications.

Up to 41,900 delivered lumens · DLC listed · IP65 + natatorium-rated · 30 ft+ mounting heights

Game on in Nebraska!

The massive new 209,000 sq. ft. Kearney SportsPlex is setting a new standard for youth sports in the Midwest.

When it came to lighting the indoor pickleball courts, reducing glare and maintaining even visibility were top priorities. The space utilizes Meteor’s Reizen series with wall-mounted asymmetric distributions, delivering smooth, indirect illumination across the courts while keeping light out of players’ eyes when they look up for a lob.
