Every breath is a reminder that we are supported.
That we are alive.
I am endlessly grateful for this practice and for the opportunity to share it with others. Watching people reconnect to themselves, open their hearts, and remember their own strength is something I will never take for granted.
What a beautiful gift it is to breathe.🤍
When women gather, something sacred happens.
Walls soften. Masks fall away. Stories are shared. Hearts remember.
There is a strength that rises when women sit in circle together. Not the strength of striving or proving, but the quiet power of being seen, heard, and held exactly as they are.
We remind one another of who we are beneath the roles, responsibilities, and expectations. We witness each other’s wounds, celebrate each other’s victories, and create space for healing that cannot happen alone.
When women gather, healing ripples outward. Courage is awakened. Wisdom is remembered. And each woman leaves carrying not only her own light, but the light of every woman beside her.
There is power in a woman. There is magic in women gathering. Come gather with us❤️

What brought me to breathwork?
Grief.
The kind of grief that lives beneath words.
Recovery gave me a beautiful life and taught me how to survive. But after losing my brother, I found myself carrying a sorrow I couldn’t think my way through.
I kept moving.
I kept showing up.
I kept holding it all together.
But underneath it all, there was a part of me quietly asking to be felt.
Then breathwork found me.
Not as a practice, but as a doorway.
A doorway back into my body.
Back into my heart.
Back into myself.
The breath took me to places words never could. It helped me feel the grief, release the pain, and reconnect with the love that had always been there beneath it all.
Breathwork didn’t change who I am.
It simply helped me remember.
Remember the woman beneath the wounds.
The softness beneath the armor.
The wholeness beneath the heartbreak.
It brought me back home to myself.
And for that, I will be forever grateful. 🤍
