✨5 Years!!✨ Five incredible years working alongside this dynamic duo and the talented stylists who've joined and left. I've witnessed immense growth and love in the salon over this period, and it feels like just a moment has passed.

This is the OG team. The salon first opened in September 2020, and I joined six months later, in February 2021. These two are the pioneers. Jillian, our exceptional leader, is the mastermind behind Black Rose Beauty's concept. Leo, her partner and salon husband, has expanded his skills to become a brand educator for Joico, traveling and teaching while still rocking amazing hair behind the chair.

Fun facts:
✨Jillian and I went to beauty school together.
✨Jillian and Leo have been friends since 7th grade.
✨We were all in beauty school around the same time, though Leo attended a different school.
✨Jillian and Leo have worked at the same salons throughout their careers.
