Refund
If you are not satisfied with the final result of the services, please notify us of it before the service is finalized and before you pay. We will adjust the results to the best of our ability and to your satisfaction. Once you have left the salon, that means you have accepted and are satisfied with the services provided to you. We have a strict no refu
nd policy, therefore, No Refunds are offered for any services or products. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any clients for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate. Personal Items
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items. If you seem to have lost or forgotten an item at our salon, we will courteously, to the best of our ability be aware of that item, place the item in a safe area, and notify you when you are available to retrieve it. Late Arrivals & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly request that you give us 24 hours notice if you cancel your appointment. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. Please arrive on time or five minutes early of your appointment time. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your appointment. Products/ Gift Cards
There are no returns or exchanges of products purchased. There are no refunds or returns of Gift Certificates. Payment Methods
