While this is mostly about fun and quality mommy-daughter time, I love teaching her that self-care can be a healthy part of life. No complicated routines, no grown-up products, just taking care of our skin and maybe a little extra pampering. ☺️

People think estheticians have perfect skin. Spoiler alert… we don’t. 😅
At 45, with mature skin and rosacea, I’ve learned that healthy skin isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about understanding your skin and treating it with a little grace.
After 25 years in the beauty industry, my approach is surprisingly simple:

Do I still get flare-ups? Absolutely.

And if I’m being completely honest, some nights I’m just proud I remembered to wash my face before bed. 😆

How old is your professional headshot? I don’t know about you, but I ONLY take a picture when I look pretty/ put together/ on!….whatever you call it!
Have you ever been to an event where a photographer is available to take a new headshot, but you are at the event with only basic makeup (if at all) with no real intentions of turning on your charm for a photo!
Can we agree photography has become undeniably necessary to represent yourself for your business, trade or corporation?
And is it true that we all want to stay current, young, in power, and leading in our field?
What if you arrived at a head shot station and found a beauty expert waiting to accentuate your BEST features before you take the latest, greatest, and pleasingly representative photo of yourself to connect with your clients.
