Today, we celebrate more than a victory — we celebrate the extraordinary spirit of Lakeisha Little Shaw, crowned the 2026 Ms. Corporate America! Lakeisha’s mission is to make mental health and wellness treatments more accessible.
Lakeisha Little-Shaw is a nonprofit leader and health advocate who turned her own experiences with trauma, poverty, and lack of support into a mission to uplift underserved communities. She founded SHAW 4 Community to promote wellness, leadership, and access to resources through programs like youth development, nutrition education, and community hikes that foster connection and healing. Guided by the belief that change starts with individuals, she focuses on impacting one person at a time to create a ripple effect of healthier, stronger communities.
