Lisa Cardillo is a hair artist more than a hair stylist and believes that every client is her masterpiece. Every consultation starts with a conversation because each situation is unique and deserves attention to every detail. She wants her clients to leave looking amazing and feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Lisa graduated at the top of her class many years ago, and prior to renting her own space, she worked in several upscale salons, and then became a Salon Manager who mentored other stylists. Her technical skills are too long to list here, but she’s experienced with both Women’s and Men’s cuts, advanced cutting and coloring techniques (including razor cuts, clipper work, stacked layers, ombre, precision color, funky color, hair straightening, emergency corrections, wedding up-dos, and more). Lisa holds several certifications (including KeraStraight) and is always pursuing additional education and certification so she can stay current with modern trends and techniques. Some other fun facts… Lisa was featured in Behind the Chair magazine as a successful stylist who also played roller derby (Mighty Mite #93) and she is a retired member of Charm City Roller Girls and Central New York Roller Derby. In fact, she’s also a co-founder of the Central New York Junior Roller Derby league.

This was my first official new client in my new salon, & this mama needed a much needed hair makeover!! Wait till you see the before pictures, yes that’s the same head of hair lol!
This was the first session of getting her hair back to what it used to be, healthy and blonde😊. She’s trying to get away from being in the warm color family, so I did a full highlight and toner.

This was the sweetest young lady I had as a client today. She wanted to be brightened up for her senior pictures. Swipe to see before and afters, I couldn’t choose between straightened or curly so I posted all of the pictures lol it turned out that gorgeous!!!!

Love making new clients who are stressed about their hair look gorgeous and confident again!!! She had at least 3 different shades and bands of lowlights and highlights on her head (very over processed)…. With a great consultation and her trust in me and the process, she left so happy and GORGEOUS!!! I can try to explain what I did but it’s to complicated lol. Much needed Full Highlight and Toner

This was a fun new client lol! She wants to go lighter and get away from dark colors. I did a double process I started with a root touch in a lighter shade & a full highlight. Wait till you see the before and after’s 🫣🫣 she didn’t even believe that the before’s were her’s lolololololol.

New Client we did a full Highlight and NO toner!!!! She lifted beautifully and blended beautifully to where she didn’t need a toner 😊. She now is my 6th client to not need a toner!
