Sunrise and sunset are the best times to recharge your bio battery.
Humanity has been bombarded w/ so much technology/social media, etc. etc.
Its important to seek solace in nature. If you turn off your racing mind & phone, focus on breathing in the present moment, and call in your spirit team to assist you, a positive shift WILL happen IF you have faith & believe. Spirit team could be your deceased ancestors & loved ones, orbs, guardian angels, or winged creatures.
They are here to help/assist if you call upon them and invite them to give you divine messages.
Also certain songs on the radio.
Ask your spirit team for a divine message through music.
Be alone. Ground yourself first by taking some deep breaths. Ask for the message you need to be heared and revealed.
Turn on the radio in your car. The song that comes on first will be the important message you need to hear.
The signs and synchronicities are there. Open, allow, believe and receive 🩵

Day #2 of a liquid fast. As I was mediating before my session and giving thanks to my ceatacean friends in the ocean, I open my and see there is a wing clump of owl feathers 🪶 to the left of me in the tree foliage.
This is the second clump of owl feathers I found in this particular area.
In Hawaiian tradition, the Owl is called pueo-a sacred aumakua (an ancestral guardian spirit)
Finding owl feathers is a message from the ancestors: protection, guidance, or warning to pay attention to something shifting in your life. The pueo owl is linked to wisdom, seeing clearly in darkness, and even guiding lost travelers home.
