Rest assured, Alex, our Patient Coordinator will be contacting all our Revive Fam to help everyone get familiarized with our new location. 🤎📲

And LASTLY🤪 you know we couldn’t celebrate a milestone without a GIVEAWAY🛍️

What to do:

What you’ll get:
1. A sneak peek sent directly to you of something we’ve been working on 🤫😉
2. A chance to win UNRELEASED MERCH🤩

We love helping you prepare for your dream labor and delivery. ☁️✨

But one thing that isn’t talked about enough is your recovery postpartum. Your care doesn’t end after you deliver. 🧘🏼‍♀️

When baby gets here, your world changes. Not only are we recovering from the incredible event of childbirth, but we are dealing with all new stressors.

Holding your baby, feeding positions, carrying a car seat (especially lifting it in and out of your new mom car!!!)—all are contributing to those aches and pains in your neck & between your shoulder blades.

We’re here to help you through it. Remember, the best moms take care of themselves, too! 🍼🤎

𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙩?🥵

I know, I know. It’s brutal out. Although I have no control over weather, I do *probably* have some control over your low back pain, p***c bone pain, neck pain, mid-back pain, and anything else you want to bring onto the table🤪.

For FUN: comment how many weeks you are this week👇🏼🤰🏼
AND— tag a mom who deserves to feel her best😘
