Savage Energy taught me a lot throughout the process, but one lesson stood out above the rest: speed to ex*****on.

I started this brand on a whim, and it reinforced something I've always believed. Sometimes you have to stop overthinking an idea and just execute. The longer you sit on it, the more opportunities you give yourself to lose momentum.

I didn't create Savage Energy with the intention of competing with Red Bull or Monster. I created it because I could. I thought it would be something cool to have in the shop, something that represented the brand and the culture we're building.

But just because I could didn't mean I was going to cut corners. I wanted a drink that actually tasted good, with ingredients I could stand behind. Something I would genuinely enjoy drinking and feel good about offering to my clients.

And that's exactly what we created.

What started as a random idea turned into a real product, a fully branded cooler in my shop, and something my clients genuinely enjoy.

Not every idea needs to become a billion-dollar business to be worth executing. Sometimes the value is in proving to yourself that you can take an idea and bring it to life.

I built a walk-in check in portal to help the shop flow smoother and make booking appointments easier for even the people who hate booking appointments. They're booking it without even knowing they're booking it. Turning walk-ins into appointments, collecting information you normally wouldnt in a booth rental shop, this type of system is usually only in place in a commission shop where the shop keeps all of the client info and pass almost none to the barbers. Thanks to Claude by Anthropic Twilio Square and LG USA things are flowing
