We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Miss West Florida to Balance for a complimentary, needle-free consultation with our physician injector, Dr. Scileppi. ๐ค

There was something extra special about this day.
Filming for Farmer Wants a Wife Season 4 wrapped in November, and until the finale aired in June, Farmer Sean & Emily had a pretty big secret to keep. ๐คซ They made several quiet trips back to Pensacola โ spending time with family, wandering downtown and making memories together. As you know, Thursday, August 6 marked two years since Dr. Scileppi and I officially began our partnership at Balance Aesthetics.
In between seeing patients and a very busy day at the office, we made sure to sneak over to our 1938 ๐ข๐น๐ช ๐๐ธ๐พ๐ผ๐ฎ for a few quiet minutes together โ to walk through the rooms, admire the history and incredible charm of this old home, and talk about our vision for everything it will soon become. ๐ช๐ฏ๏ธ
It felt a little reminiscent of two years ago, when we stood together in our original Balance space imagining what that could become.
Of course, I grabbed a quick selfie of us. And with three beautiful fireplaces in this little house, we knew immediately that one of those gorgeous original wood mantels needed to be behind us. ๐ค
There was something really special about standing there together โ taking in what weโve accomplished over the past two years, laughing about a few things weโve learned along the way, and getting excited about where weโre headed next.
And because apparently the day wasnโt already sentimental enough, Dr. Scileppi surprised me with the most beautiful flowers and a heartfelt card. ๐ Iโll keep the words in the card between the two of us, but they meant more to me than he probably realizes.
The first slide is a little peek at the vision coming together for the foyer of our 1938 ๐ข๐น๐ช ๐๐ธ๐พ๐ผ๐ฎ โ warm walnut, aged brass, creamy linen, alabaster and pieces that honor the character of this beautiful old home.
Two years of partnership.
Two years of Balance.
And somehow, it still feels like weโre just getting started. ๐ค

Yesterday, on August 1, we were handed the keys to the home that captured our hearts from the very beginning.
Soon, this historic house will become ๐ฃ๐ฑ๐ฎ ๐ข๐น๐ช ๐๐ธ๐พ๐ผ๐ฎ โ a peaceful retreat for relaxing facials, massage therapy, and quiet moments of self-care.
