Thank you for trusting me with your mornings, your recovery, and some of the hardest stretches of your lives. Thank you for showing up, for pushing through that first freezing breath, for becoming the kind of community most people only dream about. I am so deeply grateful, more than I know how to put into words.

Yes, the studio is closing. And with our little one on the way, this is me choosing my growing family, fully and without a single regret.

But my heart for this city hasn’t changed one bit. I’m putting everything I have into Run, Roast & Refresh, and building something brand new right alongside it. Part of the same family, with one mission: to lift up the entire health and wellness scene here in Pensacola while building an amazing community. The full reveal comes next month, and I cannot wait for you to see it.
