In our Deep Relief Massage, fists can be used to create broad, sustained pressure across larger areas of muscle, helping work through tightness and tension. Thumbs allow for more targeted, precise pressure to focus on specific areas that need a little extra attention.

It’s been a busy summer, and now that everyone’s settling back into a routine, we hope you can find a little time in your schedule for yourself too.
Our team is taking some R&R of our own this weekend! Bodyworks will be closed Friday + Saturday for our annual Rest & Recovery Weekend, and we’ll be back refreshed, recharged and ready to take care of you.

This Friday, Bodyworks will be closed for our annual Rest + Recovery Weekend, a dedicated time for our team to spend however fills their cup.
For Meagan, that means a weekend trip with her family. For Marie, it means deepening her massage education with a class she’s been wanting to take. For others, it might simply mean slowing down, spending time with the people they love or doing absolutely nothing at all.
Our team spends so much of their time caring for others, and once a year, we make sure they have a little extra time to care for themselves, too.
