Why was JNM Talent created? JNM Talent was created by the CEO, Janelle McCain, because she has seen so many amazing people (including herself) be either turned away, told they could never be a model, or made fun of for even trying to do something for themselves. There are so many coaching companies out there, but she never thought that they provided the proper stepping stones on how the industry really can be. Which is why Janelle created JNM Talent to provide her talent, upcoming designers, photographers, videographers, etc. and opportunity to get a feel for the industry and learn hands-on what it's like. She could never find a company that helps models in building themselves up and learning key teachings before jumping into joining an agency. Most models apply over and over again and never receive a call back due to the lack a knowledge on how they work. JNM Talent is NOT an Agency, BUT we teach and give our talent the knowledge to become/continue on being an successful models within the industry. Her vision and goal is to create a Model Family where JNM Talent Models and Media Team can learn what they need to in order to accomplish their own personal goals and dreams. How much does it cost to be a JNMT Model? There is both a Monthly and Annual Membership Program that our models can take advantage of. Our monthly models receive access to many of the amazing things that we do here at JNM Talent, BUT our models that select one of the Annual Membership Programs are given exclusive opportunities and the higher the membership the more you get, such as Magazine Publications, Fashion Week Runway Opportunities, Designer Brand Building, Exclusive Photoshoots, and so much more. What do our models gain by being a JNMT Model? Not only do our models make new friends and learn how to become a model. They also learn many important aspects and teachings within their time with JNM Talent. You'll learn about the dos/don'ts within the industry, what to be mindful of, hair and makeup techniques from professionals, how to runway walk, what to do when attending a casting call, how a photoshoot works, different posing techniques, proper communication skills when accepting/booking a job, how to interview, and so much more. All of the knowledge that you take away from JNM Talent does not just help you ONLY in the modeling industry, but also in a lot of real life lessons to make you successful. Has JNM Talent had any success? Yes, although we are new to having a company Janelle (CEO of JNM Talent) has been coaching for 11 years. We have opened up so many doors to people that never thought they could amount to anything. Janelle has saved many people's lives from suicide just by taking the time to make them feel beautiful inside and giving them the courage to carry on. She has also helped a Marine man with his transition into becoming a confident female model and she has created her own Agency for Transgender Models. Janelle has also taught several adult models, and little girls with their moms about the industry and has got them signed with the Young Agency, Ford Modeling Agency, and John Casablanca. Can I be a part of the Media Team with JNM Talent? Yes, we are always looking for new members to join our Media Team. It's simple to join and we accept people from all over the world. There is an application form that needs to be filled out first and after we receive it, we will review and do a background check. If all information is true and looks good, then we will message you and send you a contract. You might be thinking, "Why go through all of this?" This is not only to protect JNM Talent and our models/talent, but to also make sure that you are a good fit to work alongside JNM Talent.
