Your mask gets picked based on what I see that day, not what’s printed on a menu. That’s why I don’t hand you a list of add-ons to choose from.
And every towel that touches your face is warm, never a cold shock.

Autumn Afterglow is still on my books for fall. 🍂🤎
It starts with a double cleanse and dermaplaning, then a Pumpkin Perfecting Mask for texture and glow, facial massage, and a Marshmallow Mask for hydration. It’s the fall facial I’d pick for anyone in Pewaukee or Waukesha whose skin is starting to feel the heat turn on.

Chat the whole time or don’t say a word. If something’s too warm, too tight, or not quite what you pictured, I want to know. Making you comfortable is part of the service, and I’d always rather adjust than have you sit there being polite.

I get asked this constantly, so here’s the simple version!
A full set is where you start. Fills are what keep them looking full, because you naturally shed a few lashes every day and your extensions go with them. Book your fill every 2 to 3 weeks and you’ll rarely need to start over.

You’re not in trouble on my table. Most of good skincare is doing the simple stuff most days, and I’d rather know what’s really going on so we can build a routine you’ll actually keep up with. For the record, I’m guilty of at least two of these myself.

Sometimes the right call is telling a client not to book something.
If your skin’s irritated, freshly sunburned, or in the middle of an active breakout that a treatment could aggravate, I’ll say so — even if it means pushing your appointment back.
It’s not about the sale. It’s about not doing something that could set your skin back instead of helping it.
That’s the kind of judgment call I’d rather make honestly than just take the appointment — it’s part of why people trust bringing their skin to me. 🤎
