There are those who run away from the fire and then those who run into it. My dad said integrity is what you do regardless of what other people don't. šŸ”āœ”ļø

I’ve never considered myself lucky—though others might say I am. But the truth? Everything I have is a result of showing up early, staying late, and outworking the noise. šŸ’„
Luck might open a door, but preparation kicks it wide open.
Once you stop waiting for luck and start trusting your hustle, success stops being a possibility—it becomes a promise. šŸ’Æ

šŸ’„ "Winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is." — Vince Lombardi

I do whatever it takes to win because failure isn't an option. It's not just about the prize — it's about the mindset, the fire, the relentless drive. šŸ”„šŸ†

"A house divided against itself cannot stand." – Abraham Lincoln
That quote hits harder today than ever before.

Does anyone else recognize what's going on in our country? We are more divided than we’ve ever been in our lifetimes. Neighbors, friends, even families are turning on each other — and there's one common denominator: Trump.

This man has single-handedly fueled a toxic divide in America — not through policy, but through hate, manipulation, and fear. We used to be united, even if we disagreed. But now? We're at war with one another over

Ever dreamt of freedom?

Not working till you're 65.
Not living by someone else’s schedule.
Just living — on your terms.

But then:
Fear. Doubt. That voice saying, ā€œBe realistic.ā€

I’ve been there.
But I chose different.
I learned what most ignore.
Now? I work where I want, when I want.

It’s not impossible.
It’s your choice.

Day one or one day?

P.S. What fear holds you back—failure, judgment, or the unknown?

šŸ”„ Self-Made, Against All Odds šŸ”„

They said I’d never make it into medical school. Forget becoming an orthopedic surgeon. But here’s the thing—they didn’t know my drive.

I didn’t have wealthy parents, a trust fund, an MBA, or any handouts. What I did have was the will to learn, the discipline to push through failure, and the grit to never quit. šŸ’Ŗ

āœ… Earned scholarships to college and medical school. āœ… Got into my top-choice residency AND fellowship. āœ… Hit rock bottom—broke and near bankruptcy—but learned how to leverage my training and background in venture capital to build FOUR successful businesses. āœ… Sold one of them—my supplement company—before production even started to one of the largest companies in the world. 🌟

You don’t need privilege to succeed. What you need is: 1ļøāƒ£ The desire to learn and grow. 2ļøāƒ£ The discipline to fail, get up, and keep going. 3ļøāƒ£ The willingness to learn from any source—books, online courses, the internet—but most of all, EXPERIENCE and mentorship.

If I can do it, so can you. The road isn’t easy, but the journey is worth it. Start now, start today, and don’t let anyone tell you what you’re not capable of. šŸš€āœØ

Life’s Fragility: A Call for Support

Life’s fragility is something many of us encounter in our work, but it becomes deeply personal when it touches our own lives. Two years ago, I experienced this firsthand when I lost my younger brother to a rare cancer at just 47 years old. Watching him endure the mental, physical, and financial toll of his illness was devastating. It forever changed me and underscored the vital importance of community during life’s most challenging times.

Today, I want to share the story of my dear friend, Dr. Michelle Wallace Stone—someone who embodies compassion and selflessness. As a periodontist, Michelle has dedicated her career to helping others, often providing pro bono care to patients in need.

Now, Michelle is facing the fight of her life. Diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, she is battling extensive bone and liver metastases. Her medication costs thousands of dollars monthly, and her disability income barely covers her mortgage. This disease has taken so much from her—her health, her ability to work, and her financial stability. Despite this, Michelle remains a devoted mother, supporting her daughter, a UCLA honors student, while navigating her own overwhelming medical and living expenses.

Due to severe symptoms like neuropathy, shaking, and unrelenting pain, the Board of Dentistry has ruled that Michelle can no longer practice. A healer who once brought smiles to others is now fighting her own relentless battle.
Her photos reflect the toll cancer has taken on her body, but her resilience and spirit remain unbroken.

As healthcare professionals, we understand the profound challenges of battling such a disease. This holiday season, I humbly ask for your support to help ease Michelle’s burden and remind her that she is not alone.

Here’s how you can help:
Donate via Zelle: 714-609-2926 (no fees)
GoFundMe: Read Michelle’s story and donate here

Note: Donations are tax-deductible.

Michelle would also be deeply comforted by messages of support from her professional community. If you feel inspired, please email her at [email protected] to let her know she is remembered and valued. Prayers for her strength.
